By accessing or using petraah.com, the petraah mobile application, or any services provided by Pawsitive Petcare Private Limited (CIN: U62010KL2026PTC102136) ("petraah", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute an electronic contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and are enforceable without a physical or digital signature.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use petraah services. By using our platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18, in accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
To use petraah, you must register with a valid phone number and verify via one-time password (OTP). After initial verification, daily access is secured via a 4-digit PIN and optional biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and for all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@petraah.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

petraah offers Free, Pro, Pro+, Elite, and Founding Member subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the frequency and amount corresponding to your chosen tier.
Founding Member pricing is a limited-time offer at a locked annual rate for a 3-year commitment period. The price lock is guaranteed for the full 3-year term from the date of first payment.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Razorpay is the payment processor; petraah does not store your card or UPI details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing support@petraah.com. Upon cancellation:
Mitra AI is not a veterinarian. Mitra provides general pet care guidance based on breed-specific data, your pet's health profile, and AI-generated recommendations. Mitra's responses do not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns. In emergencies, use petraah's emergency directory to reach the nearest vet clinic immediately. petraah is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on Mitra AI responses in place of professional veterinary care.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to petraah (photos, health records, notes). By uploading content, you grant petraah a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We do not sell, share, or use your personal data or pet data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling under the DPDP Act, 2023.

The petraah name, logo, brand identity, app design, website content, and Mitra AI system are the intellectual property of Pawsitive Petcare Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
The petraah brand includes the stylised "Petraah" wordmark. The macron (ā) is used in brand contexts only and is not part of our domain name (petraah.com).
petraah integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), SendGrid (email), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services through petraah is subject to their respective terms. petraah is not responsible for third-party service outages or data handling beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, petraah's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to petraah in the 12 months preceding the claim.
petraah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or harm to your pet arising from use of or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawsitive Petcare Private Limited, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of petraah services.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as required under IT Rules 2021. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of petraah after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawsitive Petcare Private Limited regarding your use of petraah.
